What data from you do we process? And for what purposes?<\/strong>
We process the data you have sent us in connection with your application in order to consider your suitability for the position (or any other open positions in our companies) and to carry out the application process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the legal basis for this?<\/strong>
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily \u00a7 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz \u2013 BDSG) in the version effective May 25, 2018. Accordingly, data which is required in association with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship may be processed. If, following completion of the application procedure, the data may be needed for the prosecution of a legal action, the data may be processed based on the requirements of Art. 6 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), especially for purposes of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. In such case, our interest consists in the assertion or defense of claims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long will the data be stored?<\/strong>
Applicant data is deleted three months after a rejection. If you have consented to further storage of your personal data, we add your data to our applicant pool. The data there is deleted after two years. Should you have received a position in the course of the application process, the data is transferred from the applicant data system to our personnel information system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which recipients is the data shared with?<\/strong>
The human resources department looks through your applicant data upon receipt of your application. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to the individuals in the department who are responsible for the respective open position.Then the further processing is coordinated. In the company, essentially only those individuals have access to your data who need it for the proper execution of our application process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where is the data processed?<\/strong>
The data is processed exclusively in data centers of the Federal Republic of Germany. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your rights as a \u201cdata subject\u201d<\/strong>
You have the right to information on the personal data we process about you as well as the right to have it corrected or deleted or to restrict the processing to the extent the law permits you to do this. You further have the right to object to the processing if permitted by law. The same applies to a right to data portability. Please understand that we can only accept such requests in writing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
