The PrenaTest<sup>&reg;<\/sup> and all associated services must be paid by the patient. Nevertheless, check before the examination whether your health insurance company will cover all or part of the test costs.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, submit a cost estimate and a doctor\u2019s letter to your health insurance. The doctor&#8217;s letter should explain the medical reason why the examination is necessary for you. You can find cost estimates and templates for a doctor&#8217;s letter in the download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your health insurance will cover all or part of the costs, also clarify whether your health insurance can pay the PrenaTest<sup>&reg;<\/sup> directly to us. To do this, you need a declaration of assignment of costs from your health insurance company.
