Our scientific experts will be happy to help you. You can reach our Scientific Support from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
In order to be able to provide you with information on examination orders, please have the following order data ready:
- first and last name as well as date of birth of the patient
- name of the responsible doctor and
- the barcode number of the blood sample
Of course you can also contact us by email, letter or online. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
